CI Setup

Store your token in CI as an environment secret. 
SUBMITGATE_LICENSE=<token-from-email-or-portal>
If your build prints "placeholder public key", also set SUBMITGATE_LICENSE_PUBLIC_KEY_PEM from the portal.
